What is Practices for Pandemic?
Practices for Pandemic is a collaboration between Fr. Michael Sparough, SJ, Heart to Heart and Aaron Niequist. Audio meditations will be released each Sunday during the coronavirus mandatory shelter at home order in Illinois.
These meditations are available on our YouTube channel or as an album on our Bandcamp page. New meditations will be added to the album as they become available. Listen via either source but with the Bandcamp version you can get the free album and then download each meditation. To stream the album via the Bandcamp app, a donation of at least $1 is required by Bandcamp. See the album page for more details. Links to both versions are below.
The Sign of the Cross Meditation
Fr. Michael’s first mediation is on the Sign of the Cross. He introduces us to the series and then guides us through the Sign of the Cross, connecting us deeply to our triune God: Father, Son and Spirit.
